History

This School was established in 1973. The school started its academic functioning from 2nd January 1973. MD Abu Toyeb of village Per Bahera was the first Head Teacher of this school. He was one of the respected founder Personality of the village. That time there was no primary school in the village.MD Azizar Rahaman and SK Abdullah two brothers gifted 9 sotok lands to the Govt. for construction of this school. Per Bahera FP school is situated at village Per Bahera of Barasat I block of District North 24 Parganas. This is a WBBPE approved free primary school (P.P to class 5) under the Duttapukur circle, Chhoto Jagulia gram panchayat. At the time of foundation, this school had no proper pucca building. However today it is a 2 storied pucca building consisting of 5 classrooms and 1 office room,1 kitchen, 2 sets toilets for boys and girls.A deep tubewell serves the drinking water to the students.  An Anganwadi school (Morning Session) is also attached to this school.
