Rules & Regulations

 For School Authority

1. All concerns will obey the rules and regulations as the envisaged in RTE Act.
2. All staff and students will obey the school timings strictly.
3. Self Help Groups will ensure the proper food safety of the Mid Day Meal.
4. Head Teacher will closely monitor the food safety of the Mid Day Meal.
5. Assistant Teachers will ensure the proper hygiene/sanitation of the school area and toilets.

FOR STUDENTS

1. Students have to present in the school premises within 10:40 a.m. and must join the morning assembly.
2. Students should come to school wearing proper Uniforms, shoes, school identity card.
3. During mid-day meal students are not allowed to go home.
4. No students will leave the classroom without the teacher's permission.
5. No students will eat snacks/packet foods on school premises.
6. Students will properly wash their hands before the Mid Day Meal.

FOR GUARDIANS

1. Please don’t give money or any precious materials to the students while coming to school.
2. Don’t send the students if he/she is sick.
3. For the early leave of students, guardians have to present in the school for taking permission from the school authority.
4. In the case of a short absence of the student, the guardian will inform the school verbally.
5. In the case of the long-absent period of the student , the guardian will inform the school by writing a letter addressed to the Head Teacher showing the cause of absence.
6. Guardians must follow the copybook regularly of students.
7. Guardians must be present in parent-teacher meetings.
8. Don’t enter the classroom without taking permission from the class-teacher or take students home without informing school authority.
