History

This school was establised during 1955.  The school started its academic functioning from 01 Nov 1955. Late Md Akhlach Hossan of Village Falti Beliaghata, P.S. - Shasan was the first Head Teacher of this school. That time there was no primary school at the village.  But there was a  High School at that Golobari. Puturia FP School is situated at village Puturia of Barasat Block-II of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building. Thereafter till date this school got additional 6 rooms, 1 kitchen, 4 sets toilets for boys and girls from SarboSiksha Mission.
