History

The foundation of the school was done by Honourable Sri Nalini Ballav Mondal and our journey started in 1951 when the building was made with bamboo & straws,then building was floated caused by a flood.Then school building was re-constructed with bamboo & straws after eight years,then school was affiliated as a 2-class(V -VI) school in 1962,as 4-class(V,VI,VII,VIII)school  in 1969 and then as X-class school in 1971 by the board WBBSE. Our school was affiliated as Higher Secondary school in 2000 by the WBCHSE council. The school  was converted  as a Government Sponsored School from Govt.Aided School in 2013 by the order of Department of Education,Govt.of West Bengal. From 2016-17 session , Science Stream has started in Higher Secondary Section.
