History

Sukchar Karmadaksha Chandrachur Vidyayatan(H.S) is a school of repute since 1955. The school was recognised as a High school vide Board of Secondary Education, West Bengal Memo no: 2020/G dtd. 14.1.1957 wef. 1.1.1957. The school was upgraded to XI class Higher Secondary school wef. 1.1.1963 , vide Memo no: 3574/G dtd. 15.2.1963  of the Board of Secondary Education, West Bengal. The school was recognised as (XI,XII) class Higher secondary school by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education Memo no: DS(A) SD/1144/Recog/99 dtd. 4.8.1999.
