
1. All the students and the staff must abide by the rules and regulations of the WBBSE and the WBCHSE strictly.
2. All the students must come to school wearing the school uniform. Haircut must be plain. Colouring of hair is strictly prohibited.
3. Handwash is a must for the students of class V to VIII before taking midday meal. All the nodal teachers must monitor the whole process in relation to the distribution of midday meal as per rule.
4. The concerned nodal teacher must monitor the whole process of distributing iron tablets among all the students after the MDM programme on every Monday.
5. No student suffering from any contagious/infectious disease can enter the school premises.
6. All the students must attend the Prayer . After prayer, no student will be allowed to enter the school under any circumstances.
7. All the students must obey the instructions of their subject teachers.
8. All the guardians must interact with the subject teachers frequently within school hour on week days for the betterment of their ward/s.
9. No guardian will be allowed to enter the classroom without the written permission of the Head of the Institution.
10. The guardians can meet the H.M on Monday and Friday between 12 noon and 1 pm on week days.
11. Use of Mobile Phone/ any other electronic gadgets by the students is strictly prohibited inside the school premises.
12.No CORPORAL PUNISHMENT will be allowed as per RTE,2009.
13. As a policy , the school authority does not encourage PRIVATE TUTION.
14. Half-day leave is not generally encouraged. But in case of emergency if a student has to go home, his legal guardian must submit an application to the H.M / the class teacher citing the reason before receiving his/her ward from the school.
15. If a student happens to be absent for seven successive days, his legal guardian must submit an application to the H.M . He /she must annex proper document/s alongwith the application. If a student happens to be absent for two or three days etc. his legal guardian must submit an application to the class teacher citing the reason before resuming classes.
16. If a student becomes ill within school hour inside the school premises , the class teacher alongwith other staff must rush the concerned student to the nearest Govt. hospital for treatment and inform the concerned guardian over the school telephone.
17. All the guardians must give the school their phone nos and the phone nos can not be changed under any circumstances.
18. No student can use any abusive language/ assault his classmate/s or any other student physically or mentally inside/outside the school premises. If anyone is found guilty , stringent action will ber taken against him.
19. All the students and the staff must create a TOBACCO-FREE ATMOSPHERE inside the school premises.
20. Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress are mandatory for all the student and the staff and the guardians.
21. No parent/ guardian can dictate the school authority, as the school authorities have the right to say on what condition they will admit or retain a student in the institution.
22. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness , immorality, insubordination, bad conduct. contempt of the school authority, disrespect towards the staff of the school, wilful damage of the school property by the students will be viewed seriously. If anyone is found guilty, stringent action will be taken against him.
23. All the students from class V to X must attend the COMPUTER CLASSES as per the routine.
24. All the students,guardians and the staff must follow the academic calendar of the school strictly.
25. All the students must return the books (taken from the school library) before the 3rd Summative Evaluation/ the Selection Test. Otherwise, Admit card will not be issued against him.
26. All the students must observe the observation days( as for example: Independence Day, Republic Day, 23rd January, Teachers' Day etc.) with great respect. They must come to school on the observation days wearing school uniform.
27. All the students must take care of their personal belongings ( as for example: books/pens/ tiffin boxes/ CYCLE etc.) on their own responsibility. If anything is found lost, the school authority can not be held responsible for that.
28. All the teachers must inform the students about the syllabus on their own responsibility.
29. Special attention shall be paid by the class teachers in choosing suitable class monitors. Names must be submitted to the Head of the Institution, whenever there is a change.
30.The class monitors must be as far as possible exemplary in conduct and industrious in their studies. They must be able to command respect in the class.
31. Minimum 70% attendance is compulsory for all the students.
32. All the subject teachers of class V to VIII must follow the CCE mode of teaching.
