History

With an aim to spread education among the girls from the middle class and lower middle class families of the locality.Late Susil Kumar Safui,a resident of Garfa established this school in the memory of his father Late Dhirendranath Safui.Initially the school started in the morning session in the same building that of Garfa D.N.M.High School.The school obtained its first recognition memo in the year 1963.The school shifted to its own building at 113/1,Garfa Main Road,Kolkata-700075 on 2nd January in the year 1996.sThe school started its HS section in the year 1999.Hiumanities and Science streams were introduced.In the year 2008,the school celebrated its Golden Jubilee year.
