Garfa Dhirendranath Memorial Girls' High School was founded in the year 1958 by Late Susil Kumar Safui in the memory of his father Late Dhirendranath Safui.Initially the school started in the same building of Garfa D.N.M. High School and later shifted  to its own building in the year 1996.The school received its recognition as a HS institution in the year 1999. At present HS courses in Humanities and Science are conducted.The school aims at spreading the light of education among girls from economically  challenged families.The school can boast of a four-storeyed  building with all amenties.The results of Madhyamik & Higher Secondary Examinations are satisfactory but we have yet to achieve more.Students passed out from this institutes have proved themselves successful in different fields of life.Well qualified & dedicated teachers and staff are our assettes.
