
Narsinghbandh Hindi high school started its neonatal journey on 29th December 1952 in a small room with 20 students and two teachers. It is established by Shri Ramji Gope, Ex- assistant headmaster of Burnpur boys’ High school. He was founder and first secretary managing committee. Later it become junior High school from class V to VIII. It is first recognised as four class V to VIII junior high by West Bengal board of secondary education on 01/01/1962.
The donor of school land is Ram Naresh Toddani of Raniganj. In 1962 there were four kataha classroom for four classes.
After long journey of junior High school, it is upgraded as high school V to X in 2001 by West Bengal board of secondary education.
