School is a place for learning and an amazing place for the students to explore his best. The vision of NBHHS is to be the best school in Burnpur by giving the quality education with inculcating moral principles in life.

The school has very good infrastructure in terms of building supporting facilities. The school has renovated from its original condition into a two storeyed concrete building. When one arrives at the front gate of the school, you see a wide fenced open area with appeasing surroundings of green trees. The area is used for celebration of Independence Day and Republic Day, and also for sports activities as well as outdoor activities. The headmaster's office is located just followed by the ground from where an eye can be kept on the entrance and entire school's activities.

The ground floor is used for Headmaster's office, staff room and 6th,9th and 10th grade. The grade 7th and 8th are placed in the first floor. To help the teaching and learning process the school has a library and ICT laboratory in the first floor. There are toilets for the students and for the teachers. The inside porch of the school has a parking for keeping the bicycles of the students. All students are advised strictly to keep up all the areas clean to ensure the clean environment at school.

    Many people have been   working conjointly for development of the school. The Teacher-in-Charge of the school is Jitendra Kumar Singh. He is assisted by different assistant teachers of different subjects. The school committee is also here to help in its continuous progress.

       But it is worth to say that the root of overall developments is nurtured in the hands of educators. The person just doesn’t teach children, they prepare them to walk confidently to the road of future. Their efforts and impact go beyond the classroom. The vast majority of educators have a great passion for their teaching. Managing a classroom, meeting demanding educational standards and balancing their lives away from the classroom can be made possible by their dedication.

           Intra curricular activity of NBHHS start at 10.15a.m. and ends at 4.30p.m. in the evening. There is one recess period for the students of 40 minutes to allow the students to do their lunch. The students are bound by the rules and regulations of the school. The headmaster always walks around to check the classes. During absence of teachers, substitute teachers are assigned to take the classes.

  Besides the intra curricular process the school has many extracurricular activities.  For Sports activities the school has volleyball and cricket teams of boys.  Drawing competition and different cultural programmes are the regular part of school with many achievements.
