More precisely for our Course of actions or attitude we exibit in our day to day life some people glide effortlessly onwards and upwards at work, and so in life. They excel because of their distinguished and dignified habits.  Reflected as an amalgamation of their knowledge skill and desire. In order to make something a habit in our life, we have to have all three, that revolve around Some basic Principles often based on our own observation principles of personal  vision -Be proactive it leads us to see beyond, listen beyond and act beyond in any environment.  It denotes the most basic habit of a successful people, the habit of proactively. One excellent way to become more proactive is to look at where we focus our time and energy being proactive means you should take care to put all your efforts in the circle of influence.

Principles of personal management – we are in a habit to put first thing first by practicing effective self - management that is the breaking down , the time bound left brain aspect of effective self-govt.

Have a plan: - To write success in our life or business – we must follow a definite course of actions-long terms or short-terms. Long term plans are sensible and workable white short term plan very according to our time span and urgency. All these plan should be devised in the light of our own practical cognition.

Principles of empathic communication – First to understand then to be understood – communication is one of the must imp skill in life. Most of us do not listen with the intents to understand, we listen with the intent to reply By empathic listening, mean listening with intent to understand. According to expert, we listen for feeling, for meaning.

Maintain good manners-that make one perfect and make them adorable to all. Most of us believe that we have good manner already. However in reality, the more we hurry and the more we stressed, the more manners are likely to slip. We should always make the effort show good manners.

Principle or optimistic paradigms -be cheerful positive- some moments bring sunshine, others battle the rain but we can redefine them according to our own paradigms that teach us to be optimistic in every situation. We know things will always get -better. BE cheerful at all time. All it takes is the first few days smiling when you derit ful like it and you will shart a cycle going that will make you feel better all the time.

Never lie –Truthiness- Tell what you know no more no less it sets you into a mode when you don’t think twice. Never lie. It is the simplest, cleanest most honest approach to our working life and career. It stems from our habit of truthfulness.

Principles of interpersonal leadership with a win solution all parties feel good about the decision and feel committed to the action plan.

Principles of balanced self renewal – A health balanced life resolve around four values perspective, autonomy, connectedness and tone. Excircising all these four dimensions of our nature regularly and consistently in will and balanced ways. All these dimension enhance our greatest asset we have ourselves synergize – Principle of creative cooperation – it means that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Synergy stems from the creative process we per sue and it is also the most terrifying  part because we don’t know exactly what’s going  to lead. New challenges remains unknown always .
