To my view, a headmmaster/headmistress is destined to be the main spring of a wall clock set on a public road. The entire school runs in her full knowledge and control. The H.M., under no circumstances justifies her ignorance of the school activity. Everything should be under her knowledge as she organizes plan & programme of its movements. Being an H.M. I think it is a full time job and the entire best ability has to be devoted for all round development of school. There are a host of acitivities to follow such as the academy, discipline, good quality of teaching, office administrations, managing committee, public relations, connection with guardians-teachers, govt. offices, infrastructural development, mid-day meal programme and a bunch of govt. programme for the all-round benefit of the girls students in the shape of Kanyashree, free bi-cycles, dresses, bags, books, excercise books and health check-up. The school motivates the girl students to stand on their own feet. It is clear that without motivation anybody is nothing but blind. The school tries to inculcate a congenial atmosphere where extra-curricular activities, games, sports, music, theatre, draw, educational tour, seminars take place which broaden the mental capacity of the students, where the students feel comfortable to continue normal study. An H.M. is not all in all of the school but the tasks entrusted upon her define her broad area of thinking activity for the all round development of school.
