Since I joined the institution in 2007 it was my prerogative to develop the infrastructure of the school including the bulding construction in the place of the old classrooms, which were in derelict condition at that time, and to fix the issue of the shortage of teachers and non-teaching staffs in its crucial stage of its development in order to make the institution as most sought after among the people of the locality for their children. Now the school has its large building with several classrooms, library, auditorium, girls’ common room, computer lab, smart classroom etc and with the help of the dedicated group of teachers, who joined during my tenure, we are successful in creating the teaching learning environment required for the holistic apporoach to education. I hope that in oncoming years we will be able to make this school emerge as one of the leading institutions in North 24 Parganas district.
