In May 2003, I devoted myself to the all-round development of this institution. Starting my office of such a big school with a glorious past, without an assistant Headmaster to support, I, with most of my sincere teaching staff, stressed on uplifting the standard of teaching-learning process of the school. Side by side the conventional class teaching I gave importance to the extracurricular activities like games and sports, cultural training like songs and music, recitations, drawing, gymnastics, NCC training etc. students were kept confined not only in class teaching and ensuring class promotion but they were given an open minded atmosphere to draw out their best by participating in cultural activities under the guidance of their skilled teachers who co-operated sincerely side by side the active support  of my MC members interested in such activities. By such a United effort our students successfully marked their impression as a smart  NCC unit  in this sub-division, they ensured their participation  in the State level of the government sponsored KALA UTSAV-2018  having secured first position in the District level, our football team snatched the Trophy of INTERSCHOOL FOOTBALL COMPETITION from the st.xaviers school on East Bengal ground, and lifted  the Champions Trophy of football Tournament organized by SACREDHEART DAY SCHOOL, BKP,  One of our students participated in all India level and state level Table Tennis, our boys and girls every year win position and get  certificates in the cultural competition organized by MORNING STAR college, BKP. Many others are felicitated and awarded for brilliant performance in M.P & H.S exams. Individually every year by different social organizations. Our students are always encouraged to take part in Debates, Seminars and in Science exhibitions their unique models are awarded adding new feathers to the   crown of this prestigious institution. In this context I must mention that I got appointed two A.H.M s Shri Mihir Kr. Chakraborty first and then Shri SUSANTA CHAKRABORTY served the institution notably as my right hand, indeed. The school has some infrastructural laggings indeed, but by proper utilization of the financial Grants we try our best to overcome them. To mention above all, we always stand by the poor and meritorious students providing financial assistance by way of school fees, and also motivate SC, ST, OBC and MINORITIES categories of students for availing Scholarships and any other financial aid. The Corona situation has, no doubt, hampered the learners like nothing before but my teachers are doing their best to teach them online, giving and taking lessons so far possible.
