Sonagachi Junior High School is a co-educational Govt. recognised School. It is situated in very close to Damodar River. It has very beautiful nature cilmate. School Building is very well but it has needed the teacher-Faculty. The school is running by Single Teacher(Permanent and one teacher guest) since 2013. Most of the Students are very poor. but they are very polite and obedient.
