In light of the above comment of SWAMI VIVEKANANDA, one of the greatest religious leaders our contry has ever produced ,my primary role as an HOI would be to motivate, inspire and encourage my dear students and colleages in such a way that they discover their latent pssibilities and a tremendous strength within to faceany obstacle in life.They find themselves capable enough to meet the modern challenges of life. They begin to believe taht education is not mere book learing,not mere gathering information. It issomething more than that.Education is acquring both knowledge and life-skill ,both outwaed and inward-perfection,both physical and mental development.Since the day i took over as the HOI of my school I have been trying heart and soul to create in my institution an atmosphere of joy and freedom,an atmosphere that brings out the best form everyone from a tiny tot to the most senior teacher of the institute.Instead of giving instructions and promulgating orders like a dictator i have tried sincerly to lead from the front and to stand by my colleagues and students in all possile ways.While giving special attention to MDM and personal hygiene of students we in our school have all along stressed on the importance of co-curricular and cultural avtivities round the year. We believe that every child is potentially divine,each child is spwcial in his own way.We are firmly resolved to stones unturned to transform each and every child that comes to us to learn and we strongly believe,'yes we can'.
