Welcome to “BORAI HIGH SCHOOL”.

It’s my  proud privilege to provide a brief overview of our school. In a very remote village ,“Borai High School” had a humble beginning in 1967 as a 2 class junior high school,and is now transformed into a   HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL.The sapling that was planted for the noble cause of education of the village children is now flourishing with all its new leaves and flowers. Aristotle once said, "Educating The Mind Without Educating The Heart Is No Education At All." Here, we aspire to offer a meaningful and qualitative all round education to develop the innate quality of each student in their "Second Home".

Our mission is to develop young boys and girls with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others. We teach our students to respect others and be sensitive to all, regardless of their caste and creeds. We work very closely with the students to provide them a comprehensive guidance for their future endeavours. We take pride in the energy, passion and creativity of our staffs that create a friendly and  co-operative working environment for the well-being of all. Active participation and generosity of the Managing Committee  Members have greatly facilitated the functioning of the institution in each and every sphere. “Pupils, Progress And Prosperity” are our only motto.

            We are trying our best to make progress in our method of teaching, listening to the students, caring of them, improving the relationship between the teachers, students and their guardians, and these efforts are in place in every day, every week, every month and every year.Our valued guardians are active partners in our progress and I look forward to their continued trust and support in achieving our goals. It would bring a sense of achievement and purpose to me and the entire team  of my school if we could transform the dreams of the students and their parents  into reality and  above all, make every students of our school  a responsible and citizen of this country. Individually and collectively let's work  together to serve the cause of education for the betterment of the students so that they live in a  world where "Knowledge Is Free And The Head Is Held High"; Where " The World Has Not Broken Up Into Fragments By Narrow Domestic Walls" and " The Clear Stream Of Reasoning Has Not Lost Its Way". These are our passion and dreams.

I look forward withthese passions and optimism, and sincerely hope that we will be able to fulfil the dreams of all students and their parents.
