A School is an educational institution,the aim & purpose of which is to provide learning spaces and environments for the teaching of students under the guidance of teachers.It's a child-centric happy place where teachings are given for the overall development of students who feel comfortable and know that all teachers and staff care about them and their development.These students are aware of the school's rules & regulations and the expectations from them.The teachers know not only these students by name but also their families and their background,financial and other conditions.The well learned teachers give these students proper education to achieve academic excellence and efficient,happy & successful life.The teachers also encourage students for participation in extra curricular activities,sports events.

Absenteeism,dropouts and early marriages are the critical issues the school has to face and cope up with it on regular basis.Teachers are made responsible for their class attendance.Also,many students are first time learners in their families whose parents and other family members did not get any formal education who hardly know about the happenings with their children and their progress in learnings in school and can not guide their children.
