We know that education is a continuous process from primitive to modern age. But now the scenario of the whole world has been totally changed due to COVID-19, so the education system, formal & informal, will change. Everybody should maintain the physical as well as social distance so that the educational institution from primary to university remains closed for the safety and security of both the teacher and taught, but education could not be stopped for an indefinite period. So we should avail ourselves of the opportunity of electronic devices. In this regard, the online education system should be introduced properly throughout the country. As teachers are the ‘torchbearer’, so they should enlight the students and guardians in this dark period. So I hereby convey to our esteemed collogue to be an innovator and not to be depressive and negative attitude et al.  Similarly the students should not be bored or spend the day idle. The teacher should adopt the joyful learning methods through online system, because merely lecture methods will not satisfy the students, such as audio-visual cartoon, gameplay, animation, serials based and story making-& telling- with morals, should be followed in this period. Guardians are now puzzled for the future of their wards. I appeal to our respected guardians, not to discuss any negative thinking with their wards, and they are requested to give the touch with the teacher in any problem.

In the end, I also appeal to our higher education authority as well as the government to supply laptops with a good internet connection, so that the students can easily contact with the teacher and not be interrupted frequently. These are the demands of the post-COVID day. However, innovative teachers are the key to the system. Thank you and regards to everyone.
