Our Teachers

Our teacher is an inborn reader and fond of self-teaching and research. At present, all the teacher is enrolled for SWAYAM and other new devices-platform such as for the teaching for Madhyamic and Higher Secondary. The teacher concerned, the enrolment of the total student was 486  in 2007, but by constant efforts with the help of staff, total community, and various encouraging programs now the number of students has been increased to 828. This picture reflects that drop out has been stopped. The teachers are regularly attending the in-service training and are deputed by higher authority from time to time. The teacher is a good orator and has gained immense knowledge to conduct the Seminar and Workshops. The teacher concerned heartily to realize that the teacher should be the role model in the society particularly among the students. Realizing this he never attends late in school or departs early rather he attends school more than one hour before the commencement of school and leaves after two hours after the closing of the school. On the other hand, during the holy days and vacation, he is always present for the interest of the school. Community program usually holds in the holidays and after school hours. No Casual Leaves and Medical Leaves has been taken without serious illness. In short, the teacher is a symbol of punctuality. The Impact of Innovations and Experiments is quite positive. The students get interested in learning and as a result, absentee has come down and the dropout has been reduced and the teachers and students get enjoying teaching and learning. As a result, Classes become joyful. The first generation learners who cannot afford money to buy these materials take the facilities of the new devices. Extra and co-curricular activities have a great role to improve the personality of the students.
