This school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school. The committee is called VEC (Village Education Committee) consisting of the following memebers :-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad.

Secretary : Head of the Institute.

Members : All guardians of school children.

ICDS worker of the locality, one representative from SHG, Sikshabandhu of Bankra Gokulpur G.P.

School has also a Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members :-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad.

Secretary : Head of the Institute.

Members : One Guardian each from every classes, Field Junior Engineer of Swarupnagar Circle.

Note : Monitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
