Managing committee :

this school has a managing committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school. The managing committee is called VEC ( Village education committee ) consisting of the following members :-

President : Elected member of gram sansad.

Secretary :  Headteacher of school.

Members :  All guardian of school children, ICDS worker of the locality on person from each SHG group. Shikha bandhu of ramnagar GP. 

School has also a school monitoring committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members :-

President : Elected member of gram sansad.

Secretary :  Head teacher of school.

Members : One guardian each from every classes field junior engineer of Gaighata Circle.

Monitoring committee informs VEC regarding financial matter twice in a year.
