This school has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educational activities of this school. The managing committee is called VEC (Village Education Committee) consisting of the following members:-

Members : All guardians of school children, ICDS worker of the locality, one rep from , Sikshabandhu of Shimulpur GP..

School has also a School Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Gram Sansad

Secretary : Head Teacher of school

Members : One guardian each from every classes, Field Junior Engineer of Gaighata East circle

Note : Monitoring Committee informs VEC regarding financial matters twice in a year
