There is no managing committee in the School according to RTE 2009. All the guardians of the learners are the members of village education committee. The name of the VEC is Rasikdanga Village Education Committee or Rasikdanga Gram Siksha Committee. There is a mini Committee selected from Rasikdanga VEC, two members must be female guardians, one member must come from first generation learner's guardian. One member the Siksha-Bandhu of the Gram Panchayat, another be the BLJE of the CLRC. The anganwadi worker is also a member of the committee. Another two members is selected from the VEC. The local panchayat member is the chairperson of the VEC.
