NOTICE

This is to notify to all minority guardians of students of classes V to XII that Aikyashree form ( new/ renewal) will be distributed on 18.08.2020(Tuesday) and 19.08.2020(Wednesday) from our school office. Guardians are requested to collect the same from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on the scheduled day maintaining covid-19  protocol. Filled in forms should be submitted on 24.08.2020            ( Monday) and 25.08.2020(Tuesday) along with following documents.                                                Photocopy of 1) ration card of student,                   2) 1st page of Bank passbook of student,             3) Aadhaar card of student,                                     4) marksheet of last examination passed,             5) 1 copy passport size photograph of student      and 6) active mobile number.

This is to notify that Kanyashree K1 form will be distributed from our school office to all girl students whose date of birth falls between 01.04.2002 to 31.03.2007 on 24.08.2020(Monday), 25.08.2020(Tuesday) and 26.08.2020(Wednesday) from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Student's mothers are requested to collect the same maintaining covid-19 protocol. At the time of submission of form the following documents are to be required.                                  Photocopy of 1) DOB certificate of student,          2) Aadhaar card of student,                                      3) 1st page of Bank passbook of student,              4) EPIC of student's mother/ father,                        5) 1 copy passport size photograph of student and 6) Active mobile number. 

N.B:  Filled in forms along with necessary documents should be submitted on 24.08.2020, 25.08.2020 and 26.08.2020.
