All government orders, notifications ,guidelines issued by the higher authorites of any discipline in connection with  both  the students and teachers   are being circulated  by the head master without any laspe of time  either through his notice book or through his peon book .If the notice is connected with the students , HOI informs them or the student of respective classes immediately and finally the notice is put up in  the school's "Notice Board" for watching .. Besides,  class orientation  programme and seheduled programs on different matters like dates of examination/evaluation, relevant informations on syllabus , class routine or any change of it , dates of  assignment or dates of submission of project work , announcement on different Government Schemes and the process of filing etc. are being circulated , notified and certified  time to time . Similar actions are being taken by the HOI in case of orders and notifications regarding teaching and non-teaching staff.
