Distribution of MID DAY MEAL materials and soap under CMDMP for the Month of September, 2020.   (Phase-VI)

It is hereby notified for information of all the guardians of the students of class V-VIII of the school that as per announcement of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of West Bengal 1Kg of Chhola and 1pc of Soap along with 2Kg of Rice and 1 Kg of Potato per student will be distributed in the month of September, 2020  (Phase - VI). The distribution will start from 8th September 2020 and be continued as per the following schedule.

General Instruction:

1. No students will be allowed to collect MDM materials.  Only guardians will be allowed.

2. Guardians with symptoms of COVI-19 need not come to the distribution place.

3. Wearing of masks is compulsory.

4. Guardians will have to carry one ID Proof (Voer Id Card, Aadhar Card etc.) of his/her own.

5. Maintaining social distancing is mandatory.

6. The guardians are requested to submit the answer sheets of the activity task (Subject wise)given to the students  during 5th phase MDM distribution,        August, 2020.  

 Hence Co-operation of all for smooth distribution of MDM material is solicited.
