Hemkumari High School is a Government Sponsored School in Hemkumari Gram Panchayat area under Holdibari Block of Coochbehar District. It is located onDewanganj—Chilahati Border road side and in the vicinity of Hemkumari Gram Panchayat office. It established on1961,once the school was only secondary school of this rural area for modern education.

  At present the school is upgraded up to Higher Secondary school in the year of 2012.
