Majigram High School (H.S) is Govt. sponsored Co-educational School. It is situated at village Majigram under Suri-II block in Birbhum District. Apart from academic activities the students take part in various sports, culture & Science activities. Their performance is praise worthy. Every year Exposure visit is organised successfully under the supervision of School tearchers. Many class rooms, 1st floor, Residential Hostel for the SC/ST students, improvement of play ground,introduction of Vocational Education, purchase of extra land, Cycle shed, Geography practical Lab, ICT project Computer Lab, Girl's common room with toilet and Napkin vending machine, connection of the Solar system and electrification have taken place from time to time . The development is still going on. Two Blocks of two storied School building habe been built. The construction of Four additional class rooms is in progress. with the increase of Hostellers the 1st floor of the Hostel building has been bulit. Beside this the supply of R.O purified drinking water plant has been arranged with financial help from the Hon'ble M.P. Birbhum.
