The school premises and school ground of Satpalsa High School presents a pleasing picture. It stretches through an area of 13500 square metres. The sparowling  ground decked with various fruit trees and flower plants gives a soothing sensation to the eyes of the beholders. The building all around The ground appeals the minds of pupils and peoples alike. There are plenty of rooms for study  and laboratory works. The school building comprises of study rooms, laboratory rooms, computer practical rooms, rest rooms for guardians ,common rooms for girls common rooms for teachers ,H.M rooms, office ,hall room for annual programs. There are fine accommodation for mid day meal programme for the students .Spacious and hygienic toilets and laboratories drinking water facilities have been set up by the school authority from time to time.
