Shanti Sangha Siksha Mandir school is located under the beautiful nature having a big playground in the south and a canal named Manikhal with big trees on its bank is flowing on the western side of the playground. The classrooms are big enough to accommodate 50 students with adequate sunlight and ventilation. Aquaguard machines have been installed to meet drinking water need of students. The toilets are spacious and cleanliness is maintained strictly. The in-house midday meal has been setup at the kitchen space with foolproof fire protection. The school library and computer room is well maintained. The school garden consists of many flowering plants planted and maintained by school students, is an attractive spot for visitors. Our school timing is 10.40 am to 4.30 pm. The assembly starts at 10.40 am at our Assembly Hall, where everyday a student reads out the Day's thought followed by a prayer song predetermined for that particular day. The students also speak about the important historical events of that particular date. The child cabinet is quite active in the school.The class representatives help to keep overall cleanliness of the school and students. The school uniform for class V-VIII is sky blue skirt and cream shirt with sky blue collar and the school logo on the pocket and sleeves. For class lX and X the uniform is blue kameez, cream dupatta and salwar with black shoes. In the school Assembly Hall many co- curricular activities like communicative English, yoga,dance,drama,music classes and various workshops are held where students participate joyfully. The students celebrate and participate in Republic Day Saraswati Puja, Rabindra Jayanti, Independence day, plant a tree, sports and Anadamela cum exhibition every year. Our dedicated teachers inculcate high morals among students.
