Our Campus

The school compound of Nabagram Mayna P. B. High school consists of two well constructed, colourfully decorated, shiny and airy units of buildings and it exists as a temple of learning in the heart of the well-populated and well advanced village Nabagram in the district of Purba Bardhaman. The well fenced main building where the students from class V to class XII learn their lessons stands by State Bank of India, Nabagram branch and Nabagram Post Office which are parts of the school compound. The other building i.e. Vocational Building  is three storeyed and it is to the North-west corner of the Main Building. There are well furnished classrooms, Staff room, workshop etc. Here the students learn how to earn their livelihood. In front of the building there is a playground without fence. Students enter into the Main Building through a wide, newly constructed, neatly adorned iron gate. One part of the Main Building is two storeyed and other part is three storeyed. The Main Building consists of big and airy classrooms, three laboratories, advanced computer room, H.M.'s room, staff rooms etc. On the walls of classrooms and corridors there are beautiful paintings of chart, pictures etc. related to the lessons of the students and sayings of great men. Students perform their various co-curricular  activities on the stage named 'Sushama Smriti Mancha' and practice gym in a room on the second floor. There are kitchen shed, kitchen garden, cycle stand in the school premises. There is an open space in front of the Main Building where the students play indoor games at their playtime. Besides, there are neat and clean separate lavatories for boys and girls. Students get adequate water from both handpump and taps. Students and teachers are proud of their school. They always try their best to maintain the prestige of the school and keep the school compound neat and clean.
