Our Campus

Bardhaman Bidyarthi Bhaban Girls’ High School is situated in the heart of Burdwan Town. It is away from the Burdwan Station about 1.5 KM. Including Playground the school campus has an area about 3 acres. The campus is protected with high boundary wall. The campus is full of lush greenly forest, beautiful flower garden, which is maintained  by a gardener and a kitchen garden. There are three, three-storied buildings consisting 35 classrooms and fourteen other rooms for various purposes. The three buildings are named by VIDYASAGAR BHABAN, NETAJI BHABAN and PRITILATA BHABAN. There are sufficient numbers of toilets within the campus and the toilets are cleaned every day by sweepers. Every day the campus is cleaned before starting the school. Every room is full of light and wind. There is a library consisting almost 14000 books, well equipped laboratories, students’ common room, dining hall, a large playground within the campus. To maintain the green belt of the campus afforestation programme is held every year. Students are supplied the purifying drinking water.
