
There are six classes in our school, i.e. 1) Preprimary, 2) Class- I, 3) Class-II, 4) Class-III, 5) Class- IV, 6) Class-V.
So, our teachers have to give instructions for literacy and numeracy to the Pre- primary students, who are the new comer. Formal vocational training is not necessary in lower primary stage. But, teachers try to teach how to make simple crafts drawing of arts. The arts of civic communication and role of life skills be learnt by the pupil practically. Teachers follow the formal syllabus of various subjects in their teaching. They help the pupil to prepare there lessons and assess by worksheets at the end of each period. Thus they can measure the pupil's achievement. If any student be found in less progressive, thus special care is given to that student. Their teaching is not only limited inside the classrooms but also outside the classrooms. Specially, for environmental science, the teachers accompany the pupil in the nearby field is in nature.
We the teachers, inspire the students to organize different school functions. The students organize and participate in such functions viz- Rabindra Jayanti, Teacher's Day, Vidyasagar Jayanti etc, to perform this cultural side, in supervision of teachers.
The teachers inspire the students to participate in dance, recitation, quiz contest etc. like these. Teachers supervise in those classes.
Students are made to organise the different observation days viz- 23rd January Netaji's birthday, 26th January Republic day, 21st February International Mother Tongue Language Day, Independence Day, Children's Day. Teachers supervise and help to maintain discipline and to develop the quality of the performance.
Teachers also organise the softly committee, the Students Parliament. Thus also have to do Parents meet. Beyond this formal classes/ teaching, the teachers watch and whatever and whenever necessary.
