RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL STUDENTS

1. All students have to attend the School within 10.40 A. M for piece and discipline of the School.

2. The attendance of any student is liable to cancelled after the schduled time, i.e. 10.50 P. M.

3. Students will not allowed to appear the final Examination if the percentage of attendance is less than 75%.

4. The students will be dismissed, if the student will absent for one month or more than one month without any prior intimation. He/She will not be dismissed if he/she produce the proper explanation or a certificate from any registered Medical Officer.

5. The students are not allowed to go outside the classroom without any necessary action.

6. If any student needs to leave the School before the closing time, the guardian of the corresponding student will have to come to the school. Without any permission no students will be permit to leave the School.

7. To keep discipline in the Classroom, students will have to obey the instructions of the Monitor of the Class.

8. Students will have to follow the classes attentively and submit the homework to the respective teachers regularly.

9. To attend the classes of Physical Education and Work Education students have to wear the uniform for the respective classes and prepairing the exercise book for the respective classes are mandatory.

10. Students will must have to come to the school with proper uniform regularly.

11. Any discripency found by any students are punishable and the fine will be charged over the respective guardians.

12. Participation of the students in every extra curricular activity and programme arranged by the school are mandatory.

13. If any student is found to do malpractice, examination of all papers will be cancelled and the respective student will have to remain the same class for the next year.

14. If any student is found to break the discipline of the school, the respective student will have to appear before the disciplinary committee with their guardians.

15. Driving any type of vehichle like as bi-cycle / motor bike by the students inside the School boundary are strictly prohibited.

16. To visit the H. M or A. H. M students have to meet between 1.00 P. M to 3.00 P. M (MON - FRI) and 1.00 P. M to 2.00 P. M (SATURDAY).

17. To collect any type of Certificate from the school, students have to come to the office of the school between 12.00 P. M to 2.00 P. M in every FRIDAY.

18. At the time of admission the Birth Certificate from any recognized Govt. Office will be treated as the final document.

19. Students are not allowed to change the name, name of father, surename and date of birth after admission. Students are instructed to keep securely the documents such as Registration Certificate, Admit Card and Marksheet of Madhyamik Pariksha or Higher Secondary Examination. If lost students will have to collect himself / herself those from the respective Board or Council with own cost.

20. To attested any type of documents students have to submit to the clerks within 12.00 P. M to 2.00 P. M.

21. Students have to pay the yearly school fees of the school within 31st March, every year. Otherwise they are not allowed to sit the Final Examination.

22. The use of Mobile Phones and Smart Watches in School periphery by the students are strictly prohibited.

23. At the time admission students have to bring with them Birth Certificate, Ration Card, Transfer Certificate from the previous school. After admission any type of correction are not allowed.

24. To get benefit from different type of govt. project such as financial subsidy of SC / ST / OBC / BPL from the Government students have to submit the Certificate from Govt. Office.
