
RULES AND REGULATION FOR THE STAFF
1. Improper And unbecoming conduct: No staff of the school shall have in a manner, which is improper and unbecoming of a teacher or non-teaching staff and derogetting to the prestige of the institution, the state and the nation .
2. Prhibition relating to gambling: Teacher and non- teaching staff shall strictly abide by the law relating to gambling.
3.Prohibitin relating to consumption of intoxicant: Every teacher and non- teaching staff shall strictly abide by the law relating to intoxicating drinks ,drugs or smoking during The course of his duty of the premises of the institution or in any public place.
4.Private trade or employment: Same as otherwise provided under those regulations ,no teacher or non -teaching staff shall engage in any business ,trade undertaking or money lending agency and undertake any employment other than his service directly or indirectly or used his position to help suc business agency or undertaking.
5.Bar to private tuition: No teacher shall engage himself or herself in any short of private tuition for personal gain within or outside the school premises.
6. Dress Code: Every Teacher and And non- teaching staff shall abide by the dress code, if any ,of the Institution and should refrain from extravagance and flamboyance in dress or display of wealth in the Institution and shall be respectful to local sentiment in such matter.
7. Guardian Meeting: Every teacher shall attend guardian’s meeting when arranged by the H.M. of the Institution and shall account for any matter raised by guardians.
8. Collective Functioning : Every teacher shall practice, promote and encourage collective functioning in the interest of academic and administrative efficiency of the Institution and achievement of national goal.
9. Attendance and faithful discharge of Duty: Every teacher and non -teaching staff shall abide by the orders or circulars issued by the concerned authority as to punctuality ,regular attendance at daily assembly prayer, taking alloted classes ,completion of syllabus and other instructions contained in such orders or circulars.
10. Unauthorised absence to be treated as misconduct : Absence without leave, overstay after expiry of leave.leaving the institution without permission of the H.M. during working hours by the teachers and non- teaching staff may be treated as misconduct.
11.Conduct pertaining Examination of the school ,Secondary And Higher Secondary examination: Every teacher shall to the best of his/her ability perform his /her duties as and when assigned to him/ her by the component authority pertaining to examination of the institution, secondary and H.S. examination.
12. Inflicting Punishment to student: No teacher or non- teaching staff shall inflict any punishment to student ,which is stricly barred by the government or by the head of the Institution.
13. Maintenance of respectful environment: Every teacher and non- teaching staff shall endeavour to attain and maintain mutually respectful atmosphere in and outside the Institution.
GENERAL RULES
FOR STUDENT
1) All students must be present for assembly held at 10:40 a.m.
2) All students must wear clean and ironed school uniform .
3)Girls are not permitted to apply nail polish on their finger nails or decorate hands with mehndi . No expensive ornaments are permitted .
4) Students are strictly forbidden to bring expensive items like Watch ,Cell phone, Camera etc.to school .The school will not be held responsible if such items are lost .
5) Use of mobile phone within the school premises is strictly forbidden.
6) No one is permitted to throw litter anywhere else except in the waste bins.
7) All students are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the campus including the corridors and classrooms.
8) there must be no shouting or running through the corridor when the class is running.
9)No students is allowed to leave the school early without the permission of the H.M. or the class teacher.
10) while in school students are strictly Forbidden to talk to parents ,guardians, visitors etc without the permission of the H.M. or the class teacher .
11) During the absence of the teacher from the class, students must obey the monitors appointed to maintain good order.
12) A minimum of 75% attendance for the students of class IX ,X and XII is required .
13) Automatic exemption from attendance is granted on the ground of illness. These absences must be covered by a letter from a parent or guardian .
14) The students must attend the school functions or celebrations like Independence Day, Republic day ,Annual sports day, Netaji's birthday, Teacher's Day ,Rabindra Jayanti ,Nazrul Jayanti etc.
