Rules & Regulations

1. Student must be in the school premises at least 5 minutes before the assembly bell rings.

2. All students must be properly dressed in the school uniform and no students should enter the school unless he or she wears the school uniform.

3. If a student is absent for more than 15 consecutive days without prior information having been given, his/her name is red marked and can join the school only after satisfactory explanation from his/her guardian end.

4. Students are not allowed to bring watches, cameras, mobile phone and any other electronics devices to school.

5. A student who is absent for more than 50% of the total class days (except medical ground) will not be allowed to write the periodical exams and will not be promoted.

6. Parents must not visit/meet the class teacher/ subject teacher during the school hours without the permission of headmaster.

7. No Transfer Certificate will be issued without the written application from the parents at least one week in advance.

8. Gentlemanliness and respect towards all should be characteristics of a Sultanganj High School student.

ATTENDANCE:

As per WBBSE and  WBCHSE Rules students having less than 70% attendance at school shall not be permitted to sit for Madhyamik Pariksha(S.E) And Higher Secondary examination respectively.
