Rules & Regulations

 

General Rules for the Students:-

1.Students must attend the School regularly and punctually.They must attend the ASSEMBLY at 10.40 AM.

NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SCHOOL AFTER 10.50 AM.

2.A neat and clean school uniform must be worn during school hour. It is compulsory for a student to wear the school uniform.A student not wearing a proper uniform will not be allowed to attend classes.A pupil should also be in school uniform if coming for other purposes.

3.Students must complete their homework regularly and do their classwork with utmost care.

4.DISCIPLINE is the keyword and should be maintained strictly in school.No student will be allowed to leave the school premises after the Assembly without HM's permission.If such actions are done, it should be handled strictly and may lead to suspension.

5.If any student is absent for one or two days,an absent note is to be sent by the guardian explaining the real cause of absence with signature and date.If a student is absent for more than 2 days ,an absent note by the guardian accompanied by a medical fitness certificate by the attending Doctor is to be sent or else the student will not be allowed to attend classes.

Students afflicted by infectious diseases or exposed to such diseases must complete the QUARANTINE PERIOD of 15 Days before rejoining school (A medical certificate must be handed over to the class teacher).

6.Students should never damage school property.Strict disciplinary actions would be taken against any student found violating and damaging school property.

7.Students are required to address their teachers and all  teaching and non-teaching staff with due respect and politeness.

8.ATTENDANCE of students in school is given great importance.Internal Evaluative marks depend mostly on regular classworks.

So 80% attendance is required.

9.All the project files,practical files, crafts,drawings and needle works are to be submitted on the dates that are finalized by the respective teachers.No works are to be received after the final dates and NO REQUESTS are to be entertained.

10.Students should attend the celebration of the National Festivals,such as INDEPENDENCE DAY, REPUBLIC DAY, NETAJI'S BIRTHDAY,GANDHIJI'S BIRTHDAY and others.It is necessary to know the importance of these days.

11.Students are not permitted to wear watches, expensive or junk jeweleries and carry expensive objects to school.No ornaments and nail polish are to be worn by the students.

12.MOBILE PHONES ARE NOT TO BE CARRIED BY THE STUDENTS.If the mobile phones are found then strict disciplinary actions will be taken by the authority.

13.Students are not allowed to loiter around the school building except during the tiffin period.The students are allowed to play in the playground only during the games period and the tiffin period.The school premises should not be made dirty by throwing papers or other things.

14.Students should keep their classrooms clean.The wastes are to be dropped in the dustbin.

15.Washrooms should not be made dirty and every time after usage water should be used.
