There are rules to be observed in the madrasa

 

1. Every student is present at the madrasa within 10.30 minutes. must be

 

2. Madrasah specific 'Hamd' (prayer song) is to be sung loudly by every student.

 

3. Teachers-students-students or their guardians present during the prayer. Will participate in standing at a certain place. No walking or talking during prayer is prohibited.

 

4. The time for reading in the class is 10.50 m.

 

Regarding the dress code of students:

 

5. Students are not allowed to enter the madrasa without wearing the badge and dress specifically for the madrasa.

 

6. White pants and blue shirt for boys. Discounts for odd clothes and pants are excluded.

 

7. For girls, blue salwar with white veil and white pajama and white braided hair should come. Boy…

 8. RULES REGARDING HOLIDAYS -

 

At least 75 percent of the year must be attended in Madrasa.

 

9. In case of absence from Madrasah, it should be recorded in the year register of the Madrasah with the signature of the guardian. A doctor's prescription must be submitted if absent for more than two days.

 

10. Students are not given leave during madrasa. Students will not come to the madrasa on that day if there is an urgent need. In case of any emergency, the teacher/teachers will consider permission to go home with only the parent.

 

Exam Rules:

 

11. Polite and elegant behavior of the students is one of the conditions to pass the class.

 

12. No unfair means shall be adopted in the examination hall. If cheating is detected in the exam, the exam will be cancelled.

 

13. Credit mark…

Strict action will be taken.

 

17. Litter shall not be thrown in the classroom or anywhere in the Madrasa. Garbage should be thrown in the dustbin kept in the classroom.

 

18. It is forbidden to go outside the madrasah during the madrasah. Only students can go to the mosque to pray in Tiffin on Friday.

 

Rules regarding library books:

 

■ Library books can be taken and deposited on a specified day in the week for all classes. Book exchange will be held on the said day under the guidance of certain teachers.

 

■ Books will not be available or checked in from the library at times other than the specified times. If the madrasa is closed for any reason on the day of deposit of books in the library or if the madrasa is a holiday before the day on which the books are to be h…

To the parents

 

Guardian must be present at the time of admission. Every parent/guardian must attend the parent meeting.

 

■ Only one parent can be a guardian. If any other third person wants to be the guardian, it should be done as per the government rules.

 

■ Inform the class teacher in advance if your child has any physical or mental difficulties.

 

■ Students should be allowed to participate in any educational trip of the madrasa.

 

■ No stairs or access to class rooms except in the main office of the madrasa during classes. In that case permission should be taken from the office.

 

■ Only a parent or parent representative can enter the madrasa to report any problem of the student.

 

■ Children are yours, dreams are ours. Take care of the child. Focus on health. Remember one good parent is equal to one hundred good teachers. Check your child's progress regularly. Madrasa reading-
