Rules & Regulations

Things to follow, hi students.

* Reach school on time and attend prayer.

*Put on school uniform

*Don't carry plastic packets, carry bags, plastic materials etc. inside the school premises.

*Put waste materials into the waste bins.

*Keep school, the class rooms, the corridors clean and in order.

* Don't go out of school during school time.

* Get in touch with the office and confirm filling in scholarship forms as per applicability criteria.

*Keep in contact with locality wise students group and attend meetings in school.

*Participate in games and sports, Nirmal Vidyalaya Saptaha (obligatorily), and in any other programs organized by the school.

*Get into the process of Formative Evaluation, being carried out every day by subject teachers during learning-teaching process.

*Use school properties eg. toilets, washtubs, tube wells, computers, books etc. with love and care. These are yours.

 

 Academic proceedings

   The school is run as per the rules and guidelines of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The activities and movements of teachers, office staff and the students are determined by such rules and guidelines.

 

School time : 10:40 AM to 4:30 PM

 

Evaluation norms

Formative Evaluation- For class V to VIII (continuous and comprehensive process,carried out by subject teachers along with learning teaching process )

Internal Formative- For class ix and x(conducted by subject teachers along with the subject under his supervision in the form of Field Survey,Nature Study, Case Study,Model Making,Open Book Evaluation and Creative Writing.

Summative: Summative tests are taken periodically on special routine on subjects involving students of class V to X.

Annual Exam - for class XI

Test- For class X and XII.
