                                    RULES AND REGULATIONS 

  • The role of students in achieving the reputation of the school is very important. Excellence in students reading and their polite ,civilized humble behaviour help to enhance the school's reputation. Every student has to make an effort in this regard.
  • School appointed hour at 10:35 a.m.. Every student must attend the daily assembly. Staying in the classroom at this time would be considered an unforgivable offence. However exceptions may occur in a special circumstances.
  • Class teaching starts at 10:50 a.m.After the prayer each student should sit quietly in his /her classroom.
  • It is compulsory to wear the prescribed school uniform every day except Thursday. In Thursday student can wear clothing that suits school environment.
  • Every student must use the school badge.
  • Every student must prepare daily lessons and do homework regularly. The necessary books and all useful teaching learning materials should be kept as per class routine.
  • It will be considered a offence to cause problems by handing over books or other things to classmates in the classroom.
  • It is forbidden to go out of the classroom between two periods without any reason. No more than two student can go outside the classroom.
  • No student can leave school before 4:30pm. If necessary student need to go home for special reasons must get the approval of the class teacher. Parents have to make arrangements to take his /her ward home.
  • Mobile phone and camera of students are completely prohibited within the school premises.
  • It is also forbidden to wear expensive jewellery and keep extra money with student.
  • The responsibility of keeping the students bicycles or motorcycles is entirely their own.
  • No student will attend school with any type of illness.
  • Students absence will be penalized if not approved by the class teacher. In case of long absence due to illness the student has to submit the medical certificate along with the application.
  • According to the rules of the WBBSE and WBCHSE, 70% of the total teaching learning day must be present in the school. Otherwise he /she will not be allowed to sit for the annual examination.
  • It is forbidden to raise money inside the school without the permission of the HOI.
  • Students will be punished for any behaviour that is detrimental to the reputation of the school ,will even be expelled from school if necessary.
  • Student must bring their school diary everyday. If the school diary is lost ,it has to be collected again by depositing a certain amount of money.
  • Vandalizing furnitures or staining it or the wall is a serious offence. A fine will be levied in this regard to all the students of the class(section).

 

 

 

                                                                                Rules and regulations of the school library

  • Students from class VIII to XII can take the membership of the school library.
  • For membership student has to deposit Rs 50/-(membership card Rs 50/- and Rs 40/- as caution money).
  • In case of serious damage of book(s) student  will be fined half the price of the book(s).
  • In case of loss of book(s), student will be fined the printed value of the book(s).
  • Lending of book(s)- every Friday during long tiffin hour. No student can keep the school library book(s) for more than a week. For more than a week ,a fine of rupees 20/- will be levied it for each book each week.
  • For renewal of membership card rupees 20/- should be deposited to the Teacher -in -charge of the school library.
  • On receiving application from the poor and meritorious students ,text books (class IX-XII)may be  given to them free of cost .After annual examination the book(s) must be returnes to the authority.
  • Lending of book and returning of the same are solely at the discretion of the Teacher- in- charge of the school library.
