For student

All students must abide by code of conducts, rules and regulations all times.

The students must arrive at school in time.

All students must attend school assembly (prayer) everyday.

No student will stay at school lawn or outside the class room without the permission of class teachers or monitors at the time of class hours.

The students must come to school in neatly laundered school uniform along with I-Card.

The school uniform for girls from class- V to class- VIII is white frock and blue gown , from class –IX to class- XII is white Salwar, white Kameez, blue scarf and blue belt.

The school uniform for boys from class-V to class-XII is white shirt and blue pant.

Punctuality and regularity in attendance is essential. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligibile to appear in the examinations.

Students are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the Headmaster. In that case the student must come to school along with his/ her guardian.

Written permission of the Headmaster is required for students leaving the school during school hours. For the reason the guardian will have to come to school.

The students who have been absent 6 days must submit a note of explanation in “Vidyalay Darpan” signed by the guardian. The guardian has to come to school to give an explanation if the student is absent more than 6 days. In case of 15 days, a medical certificate should be submitted to the class teacher.

Disciplinary measures must be taken for the students who will break the rules and regulations of the institution.

Mark sheet of mid-term result along with guardian signature should be returned to the class teacher within 7 days.

The students of the school are advised to bring water bottle with them every day.

Polythene bags are not allowed in school, because our school is “Plastic Free Zone”.

All students must extend their help in keeping the class room, Verandah and school campus neat and clean.

Writing, scratching, drawing and splashing ink or defacing the school walls, furniture and property are strictly prohibited.

All students are expected to participate and co-operate on 23rd January, 26th January, 15th August, Annual Sports day and other functions and festivals. Adequate marks for participation will be given in final result.

Tours and excursions are arranged by the school and every student is expected to attend without any excuse.

The students must be active at the time of publication of the school magazine “Kiron” and the wall magazine “Kochi Pata”.

All Students must bring the “Vidyalay Darpan” everyday.

Students are expected to bring the book according to the time table every day.

While taking the examination every student should do so with at most honestly.

The students must speak in decent language without foul and unparliamentarily language. They must ensure that his speech is courteous and polite.

At all times the students must adhere to the rules and regulations of the library, the laboratory rooms, the computer lab and the digital room or else they may have to lose access to those classes.

Students must help the school to the best of their ability to maintain the peaceful, friendly and happy atmosphere of the school which is conducted to learning.

 

For Guardians

Parents are requested to co-operate with the school enhancing effective education and all round development of their children.

The student’s personal records such as guardian’s name, address, specimen signature, mobile no. have to be filled up correctly in the “Vidyalay Darpan”

Development fees should be paid within the academic session.

Physically handicapped and mentally retarded students are to be informed at the time of admission.

Students are not allowed to bring a mobile phone in school. If caught, the mobile phone will be returned to the guardian only upon his/her request.

Failure to sit for any examination at the schedule date and time must be informed to the Headmaster along with application by the guardian.

Students who damage the school property will be held responsible for the damage and will be expected to pay for it at the current market price of the property.
