
1. “Shradhaban Lavate Gyanam” – This is our motto and students are directed to follow a fair conduct both inside and outside the school premises.
2. All boys must wear the prefixed school uniform while attending the school. The prescribed school uniform includes blue check shirt and blue pant having the school emblem stitched onto the pocket of the shirt. No student will be granted access inside the school premises without the school uniform even if he comes for some official purpose.
3. On regular school days, no student will be granted access into school before 10.20 am. All students must join the morning assembly prayer at 10.45 while it is conducted under the supervision of the teaching and non-teaching staffs of our school. No student will be allowed to enter into the school after the completion of the morning assembly prayer. The school timing is 10.50 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays and 10.50 am to 2.00 pm on Saturdays.
4. No student will be allowed to enter into the Staff Room without permission.
5. The Headmaster will meet guardians at 2 times per day : 11.30 am – 12.30 noon and 3.00 pm to 3.30 pm. Apart from this, if summoned, guardians have to meet the Headmaster at the prescribed time.
6. No student will be allowed to leave the school after the commencement of school hours apart from serious medical reasons.
7. Students should maintain adequate attendance in school. On guardian’s request in written form, a student may be granted a few days’ leave by the headmaster on proper ground of reason.
8. Every student should maintain personal hygiene and regularly cut hair and nails. Guardians should be especially mindful of the fact that all students must look presentable and student-like.
9. Students are prohibited to bring any expensive items like watch, ring, mobile, radio or any other object inside the school premises. If any student is found with a mobile, he will be strictly punished. Students can bring watch at the time of exams only.
10. No student will be allowed to leave the school during Tiffin Break or before 4.30pm. All students must remain in their individual classes.
11. Regular attendance at school for students is mandatory. Guardians need to be especially attentive about students’ attendance in the school. A minimum of 75% attendance is must for students to be eligible to sit for the annual exam at the end of the academic session.
12. If any student is unable to appear during the exams because of any medical reason, the concerned guardian must apply to the headmaster in written form for exemption. In that case, proper medical certificates from the competent authority also have to be submitted along with application.
13. To protect every asset of the school is the responsibility of the students. If any damage to the assets by the students is found, strict punishment will be given and the concerned students have to compensate for the damages incurred.
14. All students of the school have to submit the registration fees at prescribed time along with the self-attested photocopies of the Certificates of Birth.
15. Usually the registrations for classes IX and XI are done in September. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the students to be informed about the date and time of registration. If any student remains absent in those days, the school authority shall not remain responsible for this under any circumstances.
16. Guardians must be present at PTMs held throughout the year. The time and date of such PTMs will be notified to the guardians via students and the school website.
17. If any student remains in the same class for consecutive two years, he will be compelled to transfer to another school.
18. Students must wholeheartedly participate in various cultural activities arranged throughout the year. Moreover, some students are to represent the school in several inter-school events organised by the School Education Department and other authorities.
19. Students must bring the School Diary everyday and if lost must pay Rs.100 to get a new one from the office.
20. Students must use library of the school and be prepared to help in arranging the books in the library if the need arises.
