Rules & Regulations

FOR STUDENTS :-

1. Everyone must have to appear at the school within 10.30 AM & participation in the daily prayer at 10.40 AM is mandatory. Instructional hour will be commenced on from 10.50 AM & it  will be continued up to 3.20 PM for Class V, 3.55 PM for Class VI  & 4.30 PM for other Classes.

2. Everyone must have to be present at the school at least 75 percent of the total instructional days of the school. Otherwise he will not be allowed to appear at the S1,S2 & S3 of the CCE of Class V- VIII , Evaluation of Class IX-X & Examination of Class XI -XII.

3. Everyone must have wear school uniform regularly in clean condition &  cleaned white covered shoes.

4. Everyone must have carry school supplied syllabus every day . With out signature of the guardian showing no suitable cause , leave of absence will not be approved. If the leave of absence exceeds three days, then medical certificate will have to be submitted. But the earlier information of the leave of absence  more than three days to the HM , medical certificate will not be submitted.

5. Everyone must have to take part in the FI, F2 & F3 of Class V -VIII & project work of class IX -X , conducted by the subject teacher in the Classroom in due time. Project work of Class XI-XII will be submitted to the subject teacher within stipulated time, otherwise he is bound to carry out the decision of the school authority.

6. Everyone must have to obey the discipline. No one could carry the any kind of mobile phones.

7. Everyone must have to maintain hair style properly as a student like.

8. No one could leave the school without the permission of Headmaster of the school.

9. No one will enter the Headmaster's room & Teachers room without the permission of HM & Teacher respectively.

10. Students of Class XI-XII will have to wait in the specified common room in their off periods.

11. Everyone must have to be present in the school on the observation day.

12. No one will  loiter any where of the school during the class teaching time of a teacher.

13. Everyone must  have to comply   served notice of the Headmaster of the school.

14.Everyone of Class V -VIII must have to take part in the Mid-day-meal.

15. Everyone may be expelled for his involvement in any kind of unfair means in examination the hall .

16. Everyone must have to submit the progress report to his class teacher within seven days from the date of receipt after putting his/her guardian's signature.

17. Everyone must respect all the teaching & non-teaching staff of school.

18. Everyone must be careful of   all the properties of the school. The destruction of the property of the school is punishable.

19. Detained student could not be promoted in the next higher class after the publication of the result.

20. Any violation of the discipline of the school is punishable.

FOR GUARDIANS:-

1. Everyone must have to read the supplied syllabus of the school & put his/her signature on it.

2. Everyone must have to check the syllabus  daily & make necessary correction regarding the inserdted comments by the class teacher for betterment of his/her ward.

3. Everyone must have to attend the meeting of the Student-Teacher-Guardian regarding the all round development of his/her ward as per instruction of WBBSE. Such types of meeting will be held on the school twice in an educational year.

4. Everyone may meet the Headmaster of the school within 2.30 P.M. in every day. They may meet the other teachers regarding the development of his/her ward at least two days of a month.

 5. Everyone must have to respond the guardian’s call letter within stipulated time by his/her physical appearance.

6. Without signature of the guardian, leave of absence of his/her ward will not be approved.

7. Everyone must have to pay school-fees within due date.

8. Everyone must have to carry on fees-collection card of his/her ward to meet the office staff.
