Rules & Regulations

Students of today are the responsible citizens of tomorrow. So they have to learn the discipline from the beginning of their student life. They should follow the following rules:

1. All concerns should obey the rules and regulations as envisaged in RTE Act. 

2. Students must come to school before 15 minutes from the commencement of the school hour i. e. they should present at 10:45 a.m. in their classroom and should join the morning prayer at 10:50 a.m. 

3. Every student must come to school in school uniform. 

4. Students should come to school with their school diary and this dairy should be authenticated by the class teacher and headmistress after filling up the specific proforma. 

5. Students should come to school preparing their home works regularly. 

6. Cause of absence on normal school days should be written in the school dairy by the guardian with signature and date. 

7. According to the rules of WBBSE, 70% attendance at school is compulsory for every student. Less than 50% attendance they will not be allowed to sit for examination except valid medical proof. 

8. Leave will be granted for specific reason during school hours in presence of their guardians. 

9. Students should be kind, polite and courteous to others. 

10. Students should be respectful to the classmates, teachers and staff. 

11. Attendance of the students is compulsory in any school programme. 

12. Loitering in corridor is highly prohibited. 

13. Students should keep their class rooms and premises neat and clean. 

14. Students must be punished if they spoil any property of school. 

15. Mid-day-meal is arranged for every student from V to VIII.

 

Our earnest request to Guardian:

1. Please send your daughter to school dressed in school uniform. 

2. Please check up the school dairy everyday and take care of your daughter doing homeworks regularly. 

3. Please contact with the class teacher and teachers from time to time for your daughter's overall progress. 

4. It is Mandatory to produce Medical Certificate Or any proof for the period of absence above 3 days.
