1. The school begins with the morning assembly and students must reach school on time to attend the Prayer line.
2. Students must wear clean, complete and proper school uniform on school days.
3. Students must have 75% attendance in an academic session or they will not be allowed to appear in the annual examination.
4. If a student of Class IX or X is absent from school, the reason of absence must be clearly stated and submitted to the class teacher in a letter from the guardian. Students of Classes V to VIII have to maintain their leave records in their school diary stating the reason along with guardian’s signature and it must be countersigned by the class teacher.
5. Early departure can be availed only in an emergency or with prior permission. Late arrival will be allowed only if there is a satisfactory reason.
6. Failure to appear in any examination can seriously affect a student’s academic progress and promotion.
7. Examinees found guilty of using unfair means during examination will be debarred from the examination and the particular paper will be cancelled.
8. Students are expected to behave politely with teachers and all other staff of the institution.
9. A student must not cause damage to school property.
10. The school will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings of the students.
11. The yearly school fees must be cleared within the first month of the current academic session.
12. Parents can meet Head of the Institution from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on school days. Guardians are expected to attend guardian meetings held twice in an academic session.
