Rules & Regulations

The following Rules and Regulations have been framed by the School Authority in order to uphold the spirit of the Institution and these are to be abided by all the students throughout their journey in this Institution.

• Pupils and Staff must remain present during the School Assembly.

• Regularity and Obedience must be exacted in the class.

• Politeness and Courtesy of speech and conduct as well as Cleanliness of dress and person must be inculcated and exacted.

• Irregular Attendance, Insubordination, disrespect to Teachers, disrespect to any Religion or Community, any kind of cheating or serious misconduct even outside the School premises or any other habit or behavior objectionable to the good name of the School, justify stringent action against a pupil.

• No pupil is allowed to leave the School premises during school hours except on the strength of a letter of authorization from parent/ guardian and should be accompanied by the parent/guardian or any authorized person. Early departure is availed when there is an emergency at home or when a student gets sick in the School.

• No pupil should absent herself without obtaining leave except when it is due to sudden illness or unforeseen circumstances. Pupils absent even for a single day must submit a Leave Application with supportive documents, if necessary, to their respective Class Teacher.

• Pupils must be present on the opening day and closing day of each Term and major holidays.

• Each student must have a School Diary and this should be brought to School daily.

• Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings Each article should be marked with the pupil’s name. Ornaments, jewellery or any kind of objectionable article are not allowed in School.

• Students are forbidden to give their Teachers individual or collective presents without the previous consent of the School Authority. Collection for any purpose whatsoever requires Authority’s consent.
