Rules & Regulations

  1. SCHOOL DIARY:  Every student must be in possession of her school Diary and  Identity card on every working day.
  2. SCHOOL UNIFORM: Students should strictly follow the code of the school uniform on regular days from home to school and back. Nail should not be long & be polished.
  3. Parents are requested to maintain the absence record in the diary.
  4. If a student got an appointment  with a doctor  or any other social obligations during school hours, she must not be sent to school on that day  as the school does not allow a half day leave  to the students.
  5.  Students’ attendance from class V to XII must be 75% of the school working days.  Otherwise she will not be allowed to appear in the school exams.
  6. No student is permitted to carry objectionable articles such as mobile phone, radio, camera, costly & fashionable watches, pen drive, adult magazines.
  7. Students must not loiter outside in School Uniform during school hours.
  8. Students are not allowed to meet visitors during school hours excepting in cases with permission of the Head of the Institution only.
  9. Chewing gum or similar substances are prohibited.
  10. Damage to the school property is offence& punishable by fine.
  11. Every student must look after her belonging and the same must be marked with the name of the owner. No effort will be made by the school to locate unmarked articles lost at school.
  12. Visiting hours to meet with Head of the Institution is at 12 noon to 1.30 p.m.
  13. The Annual Evaluation will be followed according to the rules & regulation of West Bengal board of Secondary Education.
  14. The name will be strike out from the Register after giving warning if the student remain absent for three consecutive months.
  15. During examination any dishonest activity will be punishable.
  16. Punctuality and regularity are of utmost importance for both students and teaching & non- teaching staff.
  17.  Gum or similar substances are prohibited.
  18. Damage to the school property is offence& punishable by fine.
  19. Every student must look after her belonging and the same must be marked with the name of the owner. No effort will be made by the school to locate unmarked articles lost at school.
  20. Visiting hours to meet with Head of the Institution is at 12 noon to 1.30 p.m.
