Rules & Regulations

1. School begins at 10:45 AM. The tiffin time begins at approximately 1:30 PM. School closes at the following times: 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday) and 2:00 PM (Only Saturday).

2. Students will not arrive at the school premises before 10:45 AM.

3. Students are expected to be present for the daily prayer on time.

4. Students are expected to come to school in full uniform including footwear.

5. During school hours, leaving the school premises without the teacher’s permission is strictly not allowed.

6. Students are expected to participate in all activities of the school.

7. Improper actions such as rudeness, pushing or the lack of respect for others will be reprimanded.

8. Fighting and any form of bullying are forbidden at all times.

9. Students as well as guardians must not use foul and offensive language.

10. Students are expected to keep the classroom and school premises free of litter, pieces of paper and skins of fruits.

11. Writing or scribbling on walls, benches or anywhere else is strictly prohibited.

12. Students should not write on the blackboards unless they asked by the teachers to do so.

13. The student’s name should be marked clearly on their books and notebooks.

14. Students are expected to take good care of their textbooks and to return them to the teachers at the end of the year.

15. No student is allowed to play in the street running by the side of the school.

16. The school shall not be held responsible for books, money, clothes and other articles that are lost. Students must look after their own things. It is not advisable for students to have money, valuable articles or jewellery with them. Harmful or lethal objects should not be brought to school.

17. Students with a fever or other indication of illness such as chicken pox, upset stomach, diarrhoea, vomiting etc. should not be sent to school. The school will send students home in such instances as a safeguard to the health of others.

18. The guardian meeting is arranged by the teachers in due course of time. Guardians are expected to attend these meetings.

GUARDIANS ARE EXPECTED TO GIVE THEIR CO-OPERATION AND SUPPORT IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULES AND OF DISCIPLINE IN GENERAL.
