Rules & Regulations

  1. Each and every students must reach school before prayer time. Every students should attain prayer at 10:40 free-hand exercise.
  2. Classes would starts from 10:50 AM.
  3. Students must not leave school premises within school hours under any circumstances, without prior permission of the headmistress.
  4. 70% attendance is compulsory for students.
  5. Students must maintain cleanliness in and around classroom, and use trash-bins whenever necessary. Remember “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”.
  6. Students must wear clean, well-fitted, ironed school uniform every day and P.T. uniform on concerned days.
  7. Students must wear badge and Identity Card regularly.
  8. Students must not carry any money or any costly items to school.
  9. Students must take care of their books and other belongings. School would not take any responsibility for the loss of any such items.
  10. Students should submit their tuition fees and other annual fees at the beginning of every academic year.
  11. Poor but meritorious students may be excused from paying any annual fees. Their fees would be sponsored by the Poor Fund, maintained by our school.
  12. A student must not remain absent from school for more than three months at a stretch without prior permission from the authority.
  13. A student requesting for any kind of school certificate must apply to Headmistress at least 7 days before the required date.

 

Regarding Exams

  1. Students must carry maps, graphs, project copies and other practical copies every day.
  2. It is compulsory to make first aid box and practice copies of physical education.
  3. Students must be present in every event organized by the school.
  4. For work-education, students must carry their own apparatus, as advised by concerned subject teacher.
  5. For any change of name/address, students must apply to the headmistress with proper documents, along with guardian.

 

Library Rules

  1. Students are allowed to take academic books as well as story books from the school library.
  2. Students are advised to handle the library books with care. If any book gets torn/damaged/misplaces, the concerned student would be bound to make amends, by paying fine or buying book altogether, as decided by school authority.
  3. Transfer of books from one student to another, without prior consent of librarian, is strictly prohibited.
  4. Books must be returned at least 7 says prior to any vacation.

 

Students must also remember that maintaining a proper attitude and behavior is also a part of school curriculum. They should be polite and friendly towards one another and maintain a respectful attitude towards their teachers and their elders. Misbehavior and misconduct of any sort would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
